We're your single point of contact. We screen and manage all the residents, so you don't have to.
Building and unit maintenance remain the responsibility of the property owner, as is typical in a standard lease agreement.

Tenants are selected from our pool of entrepreneurs, travel nurses and business professionals in need of a mid-term furnished stay.

We find the right fit by matching your home with our pool of sub-tenants. Sub-tenants are sourced from word-of-mouth connections and leads via paid advertising.

A tenancy with our network operates under the same legal framework as any other rental agreement, and members are subject to the same legal remedies.
However, if a member accrues an unpaid balance or is evicted, they will be permanently banned from booking through our network again. We've found that many of our members, rather than face legal action and a damaged credit score, prefer to voluntarily move out if they can't pay. This protects their credit and keeps them eligible for future bookings.

Our Master Tenancy Agreement establishes the standards and processes we follow with homeowners. This includes a thorough screening process for prospective tenants, which consists of a credit check, eviction and criminal background check, income and employment verification, and rental history review.
The final decision to approve a tenant is at the sole discretion of Après, ensuring that we select and place the right occupants in each unit.
